Upload Smart Inbox Main Contacts

To ensure that all the contacts in your practice have access to eConsult and the Smart Inbox, please upload your main contacts using the template and file upload below. Once added, your main contacts will be able to add and manage other users in the Smart Inbox. 

For example, we recommend 4-5 contacts including your Practice Manager, Assistant Practice Manager, Business Manager, IT Manager, and/or Operations Manager.

Please include a list of the contacts' names, job titles and email addresses. We cannot give users access without this information. Please use NHS mail email addresses where possible.
